Spring 2019 Bucket List

Spring is here, and you know what that means! It’s time for another bucket list, full of things that I hope to – but probably won’t – accomplish this spring. It’s my spring 2019 bucket list!

As per the usual – I work with categories. Honestly, sometimes I wonder if there’s any category in my life I don’t divide into categories – as for now, I think I’d probably have to say no :p

The first one is a classic: food and drinks. And honestly, this is probably the same thing I’ve had on there for the past couple of springs as well. Spring is always the time when I really try to eat as the weather dictates – and sun means fruit, salads and berries.

Slightly newer is the second part. Sure, “activities” are something I would always put on there, but lately, spring has become synonym to discovering my surroundings. So whether that be walking along a river, finding new ruins and castles and abbeys to discover… Whether I’m aiming to stroll through parks or to hike through forests… I want to discover more of my surroundings. After all, what’s the point in going out and discovering the world, if you don’t even know your home town?

The final category is the one for “self improvement”. So, yes, completing a new course is part of that. As is reading in the sun – because, as a general rule, I tend to avoid the sun for all I’m worth. And then there’s the thing. The one that’s giving me so much stress, that could change everything and that’s absolutely terrifying. And that I don’t want to mention out loud for fear of jinxing it. Don’t worry, as soon as I know more, so will you. But for now? Just send some good vibes in my direction!

And while you’re at it, of course – what’s on your spring 2019 bucket list?
