So I’d been looking for a fun tag (I’ve been loving those, haven’t I?) with some facts about me – because, for all that I talk about me, you guys don’t actually know all that much about me, you know?
I found this great one on Everywhere You Look, and I figured I could use it for this Random Sunday Post!
What is your middle name?
I actually have 4 middle names, as I was named after my godmother, my two grandmothers, and then the protector of little girls! The most important one, however, is “Lieve”, which is short for “Godelieve”, or “beloved by God”.
What was your favourite subject at school?
That’s a pretty difficult question for me to answer, because I’m one of those annoying people that likes just about everything – I just love learning! If it came down to it, though, I’d probably have to go for math, history and languages
What is your favourite drink?
Probably just water, actually! Although I do love me any Starbucks Refresher 🙂

What is your favourite song at the moment?
Don’t ask…
What is your favourite food?
Everything? As long as I can vary my food, I’m happy 🙂
What is the last thing you bought?
Birthday presents for my sister!
Favourite book of all time?
Anything by Astrid Lindgren, or Harry Potter, or all of Jane Austen’s work, or…..
Favourite colour?
Black, yellow and purple!
Do you have any pets?
No

Favourite Holiday?
Christmas, no doubt about it!

Are you married?
Nope
Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times?
Yes! That’s actually one of the many advantages of living in Europe: other countries are really close!
Do you speak any other languages?
I speak Dutch, English and French fluently, I can read German and Latin, and I can say a couple of words in Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Danish…
How many siblings do you have?
Two sisters 🙂
What is your favourite shop?
I’m gonna cheat a bit on this one, and go with Amazon – they have everything 🙂
Favourite Restaurant?
It’s a tiny one in a tiny place near the French border, and all the important meals of my life have taken place there 🙂
When was the last time you cried?
Last Tuesday – it was my birthday but instead of really enjoying it, I had to retake a course.
Mind you, it was a course that consisted of 14 partial exams, and because I failed one of them, I had to retake all of them…
So when I felt like I didn’t do well on one of the parts, I just felt so frustrated that I started crying…
(luckily I got gifts afterwards, so at least that made up for it!)

Favourite Movie?
What Dreams May Come, House of the Flying Dagger, and a whole bunch of other ones I can’t think of right now 🙂
Favourite TV show?
Friends is definitely an all-time favourite, but apart from that I tend to vary between these!
